Important Update for Our U.S. Customers
Due to rising and unpredictable import tariffs costs, we will no longer cover U.S. import duties and customs fees.
Here’s what this means for you:
• 0% VAT – still applies as before
• Shipping rates – remain the same
• U.S. Import duties and customs fees – charged directly to by shipping carrier to customers before delivery. These costs are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
Things to know:
- Orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped on the following business day.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).
- Shipping on Sundays and on bank holidays is not possible.
- Please note that engraving may affect the delivery time of your order.
- Express shipping carrier within European Union: DHL Express
- Express shipping carrier rest of world: FedEx
- Saturday delivery carrier: Post Express
